We're having problems establishing connections with two different Android devices on two different Android trybots:

The problematic Android devices are:

  - 03852af3003bfd99 on build1-b3
  - 038494bf003bfd95 on build37-b4

Could labs help us to diagnose the problem by disconnecting these two devices completely and seeing if that fixes our problem? If it does, it likely means that the devices need replacing or reflashing.
