Google profile image taskbar icon disappears when using multiple Chrome profiles

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: I have reproduced on numerous Windows machines with multiple Chrome profiles as follows: 1.) Ensure chrome://settings/ is set to: On Startup - Continue where you left off 2.) Open a Chrome profile and open multiple windows 3.) Exit Chrome (Ctrl + Shift + Q) 4.) Open Chrome What is the expected behavior? Taskbar icon does not change and show Google profile image What went wrong? Google profile image taskbar icon disappears and the default one is displayed when opening a session with multiple windows open. Did this work before? Yes 54 Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0 Issue started with Chrome version 55.0.2883.75

Tested on windows 10 using chrome M55 #55.0.2883.87 and followed the steps given in comment #0 . Attached screencast for reference. Observed the similar behavior in M54 and M55 #55.0.2883.87 . @tmursch-- Could you please check the attached screencast and confirm us if we have missed out anything in reproducing the issue . Thanks!
