CopyType/GLCopyTextureCHROMIUMES3Test.FormatCombinations failing on Mac NVIDIA for GL_RGB5_A1 dest format

The logs are huge when these tests fail, printing out multiple lines per each pixel which differs. It seems clear that they're all failing when the destination format is GL_RGB5_A1, and this is surely a graphics driver bug.

Qiankun, could you please handle this bug? I doubt that anyone is likely to hit this bug, but some fix is needed. If it happens that it's fixed on later versions of the OS than these bots are running, we can update the bots. If not, some sort of fallback (glReadPixels and re-upload?) may be needed. Either way, we need to disable these tests to get the bots green again.

Note: we should not revert Qiankun's patch again just for these failures. It's needed in order to move things forward, and it's passing everywhere else.
