CSS perspective is not applied when chaning inline style

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the demo at https://jsfiddle.net/1e5g3d9f/
2. Click button "Change rotation".
3. Resize browser window.

What is the expected behavior?
After clicking button "Change rotation" div #target should be rotate with a perspective effect applied.

What went wrong?
After clicking button "Change rotation" div #target does not have perspective effect applied. In order to have the perspective effect user needs to resize browser window.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

The issue is related when using inline CSS, in case of toggling classes, behavior is fine.

Same code on Firefox 50.1.0 works fine.

Able to reproduce this issue on windows 7, Mac 10.12.2 & Linux Ubuntu 14.04 with Chrome stable version-55.0.2883.87, Chrome Canary-57.0.2958.3.

The CL pointed out above is only changing tests, it can't have an effect on the shipped product. Given the bad bisect above and that it went back to M52, I'm not certain this is a regression. 

I've confirmed the issue in 55.0.2883.75 on Linux. Adding CSS since this is an issue with transforms, but I'd guess that the problem is likely we aren't invalidating when we should be so +Paint>Invalidation.

Looks like this has been fixed. Testcase now applies perspective.
