Issue descriptionChrome Version: ToT What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch Chrome. 2. Open the Settings. 3. Sign in to Chrome with Account A (full name: John Doe). 4. Close the sign-in screen. What is the expected result? The first cell of the Settings screen is: "John Doe Setup in progress..." What happens instead? The first cell of the Settings screen is: "Setup in progress..." Additional informations: The text quickly changes back to: "John Doe john.doe@gmail.com"
