Regression : Glimpse of 'Google Logo' is seen after refreshing chrome://md-settings page.

OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6, 10.12.1)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings and refresh the page,observe

Actual: Glimpse of 'Google Logo' is seen near 'Manage other people' label after refreshing the page
Expected: Glimpse of 'Google Logo' should not be seen near 'Manage other people' label after refreshing the page

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 55’ and will soon update other info :
Good build:55.0.2873.0
Bad build: 55.0.2875.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 55.0.2873.0 (Revision: 421052).
Bad build: 55.0.2875.0 (Revision: 421703).

You are probably looking for a change made after 421587 (known good), but no later than 421588 (first known bad).

Just for update, Still able to reproduce the issue on windows-7 using latest chrome canary version 57.0.2982.0.
