Android location permission denied

Reported by zac.spit...@gmail.com, Dec 21 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Had to reset browser data (chrome data was 8.7gb!!!) on a Galaxy S3
2. Go to any https site which uses geolocation

What is the expected behavior?
Expect a prompt to allow location access

What went wrong?
Geolocation was returning Permission Denied, the request location prompt was never shown. Under site settings location was enabled but no sites were listed.

Only thing which got it working again was to toggle Location on and off under site settings, afterwards the allow prompt was shown

Did this work before? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

zac.spitzer@, is this still reproducible? Also after resetting
the Android OS?
