clickng `Send now` rewind page with list of crashes to the beginning

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2950.4 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. for reproducing you must have a lot of crashes
2. scroll down the page
3. click `Send now`

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
rewind page to the beginning, please see demonstration screencast

Chrome version: 57.0.2950.4  Channel: dev
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

Tested on Windows 10,Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac OS 10.12.2 usinh chrome M57 #57.0.2971.0  and   M55 #55.0.2883.87  issue is reproduced.

Untriaging the issue , so that someone could address this.
