Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.open chrome and change to process per site comand 
2. try to normal multi process 
3. Fail

What is the expected behavior?
when i take the process per tab comand the chrome should go back to process the tabs on a multi process

What went wrong?
all versions of the chrome are runing on process per tab
