Determine if and how long tasks could be laid out in a timeline by analytics. Long tasks are reported relative to the observing document's time-origin, so it's hard for multiple cross-origin frames to collaborate (eg. parent page and analytics in separate frame) Is this problematic?

This is further complicated by OOPIF as start-time for a different process / message-loop would be mapped to observer's time-origin -- which seems strange.
