chromiumos-sdk bot should catch failures from toolchain upgrades.

 crbug.com/676013  is caused by glibc upgrade. But
the glibc upgrade passes chromiumos-sdk buildbot.

We should try to make chroumium-sdk buildbot catch
this types of error.


Will 'chroot_replace=True' catch this issue?
