Goldeneye says board is experimental but its actually important.

Look at reef, it's marked experimental.

But this CL made it important: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/#/c/416230/

Something is broken/out of date.

actually https://cros-goldeneye.corp.google.com/chromeos/console/listBuildConfig shows the board-release builds, not the board-paladin builds.

people will control the 'important' flag for release builds through GE. wouldn't think this is a real bug.

Can we get other build configs (paladin, pfq, etc( on Goldeneye too instead of having 2 different workflows for release versus everything else?
