Issue descriptionChrome Version : Version 57.0.2950.0 (64-bit) URLs (if applicable) : Any with (flash for example) Other browsers tested: Google Chrome v55: OK Host system: MacOS Sierra 10.12.2 Processor: 2.5 GHz Intel Core i7 4th Gen Memory: 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 Graphics: AMD Radeon R9 M370X 2048 MB Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB Unable to toggle plugins for sites Instead of site's name in plugins toggle, I get the variable as a string $1

Hi, this error occurs on every site that requires Flash Player. Ones I can specify is http://soundcloud.com and http://di.fm After having upgraded to the latest build 57.0.2972.0 (64-bit) I have noticed a slight change but not a fix. I have attached a new image of the latest plugin prompt. Let me know if you require additional details Thanks!
