Chrome Version: Clankium build from Dominic

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Install Clankium build and/or Monochrome custom build from Dominic.
(2) Go to Settings -> Developer Options -> Web View and change to "debug" renderer.
(3) Open Inbox, then tap one of the large message threads.
(4) Go back to Developer Options and change the web view renderer to one of "dev", "beta" or "stable".
(5) Go back to Inbox and reopen the large message thread you've looked at in step 3.

What is the expected result?
The "dev", "beta" and "stable" renderers should pen open the thread as fast as the custom Monochrome web view.

What happens instead?
The "dev", "beta" and "stable" web views open the thread with a longer delay.
