What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Start with a dual monitor configuration.
(2) Put Chrome on the main monitor (with the task bar).
(3) Open task manager (shift-ESC) and move it to the secondary monitor.
(4) Close Chrome. Shut down and remove secondary monitor. Boot again with only one.
(5) Open Chrome. Open task manager.
What is the expected result?
The task manager should be visible.
What happens instead?
The task manager opens off screen where the secondary monitor used to be.
