The biggest arguments I can think of for keeping the N9 around are:
* Additional 64 bit coverage
* Tablet coverage on L (N7v2 is on K)

Screen resolution doesn't seem to be a huge win, N7v2 is 1920×1200 and N9 is 2048x1536

The biggest arguments I cn think of for removing:
* They're buggy and can't be replaced
* Currently the android developer dashboard says 6.4% of users have "large" screens and 3.4% have "x-large", which doesn't justify two tablets on the waterfall IMO: https://developer.android.com/about/dashboards/index.html

GPU is using Pixel Cs. They may be an alternative if we want 64-bit, L+ tablet coverage and can't tolerate the N9s.

I heard some arguments a few weeks ago but haven't heard much since then. I'll take this on and ping a couple more times before closing this.

Hosts and N9's have been reclaimed.

 Issue 691040  has been merged into this issue.

I think if we are taking out a perf bot it will be nice to send a PSA to perf-sherrifs@chromium.org. Next sheriff will get a heads up when triaging data stoppage alerts.
