Not satisfied with the new design of the browser.

Reported by sheridan...@gmail.com, Dec 20 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Previously, it was possible to bring back the old design with the help of flags.
2.
3.

What is the expected behavior?
Now this does not work!

What went wrong?
I opt for a "normal" from the list - the old design does not come back!

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87 Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

I propose to ask the user for permission to change the design of the browser - to a pop-up window "you accept these changes?".
