Make Moblab working in a proxy network environment |

Issue descriptionSome partners operate in a proxy-ed network environment. We may want to make sure Moblab working in such environment. There are two aspect of the problem, one is Moblab itself should work, and the other side is DUTs and the tests on them should work.
