Can't uninstall system webview

After beta program I can't uninstall webview and it has been disabled and I can't use it

Webview is a system app. It could never be uninstalled.

But on Android N, the webview is provided by the chrome package by default. So the webview package is disabled while the chrome package is enabled. If you really want to use the standalone webview package, then you can disable chrome on your device.
