Regression: [MD Settings] Font of 'RELAUNCH' button is not proper under Languages section.

Chrome Version: 57.0.2956.0 (Official Build) 44dbd2f12ae5d6307b607f18fe2dd466d8a8fa38-refs/heads/master@{#439388} 32/64-bit.
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/languages and select 'Hindi' language from 'Add languages' overlay.
2. Click on three dot icon of 'Hindi' button to open menu list and select 'Display Google Chrome in this language' option.
3. Now, observe the font of 'RELAUNCH' button.

Font of 'RELAUNCH' button is not proper.
FONT of 'RELAUNCH' button should be proper.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-57 series, below is manual regression range.

Good build: 57.0.2951.0
Bad build: 57.0.2952.0

Note: This issue is not seen on Mac and Linux OS.

Issue is still seen on windows 10 using latest chrome canary M57 #57.0.2979.0 .
