Chrome crashes all the time

Reported by informat...@gmail.com, Dec 20 2016

Issue description

Chrome Version : 55.0.2883.87

Older versions are OK. No problems with version: 53.0.2785.101

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Crashes all the time with "Ah Ah fuck!". No pages, no tabs can be loaded. Nothing!

(2) Normal starts gives: [1220/115109:ERROR:process_reader_win.cc(142)] SuspendThread: Accès refusé. (0x5)

(3) Tested with: chrome.exe --disable-extensions --disable-plugins --enable-logging --disable-gpu --disable-software-rasterizer --v=1
Chrome log attached.

Video drivers NVIDIA tested with new ones and old ones.

EMET disabled.

I am also getting issues like this and with using Runescape Wikia..

I hope they fix the issues that have always been there since DX11 Came into the equation..

I think it is to do with windows 10 latest Build Version with the ongoing Crashes and Lag and Crash issues..
I am on Windows 7 64 bit.

Could you please open "chrome://crashes" page and see if there are any crashes that might be associated with the problem. If yes, could you provide the crash id/ids?
The problem was in Microsoft EMET 5.5.5871. Just stopping the Windows EMET service does not disable EMET. I had to remove Chrome.exe from the UI of EMET. Then I updated and the version 55.0.2883.87 does work.
