Sign-in overlaps minimize button

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2956.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. run the browser
2. look to the upper right corner

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Sign-in button overlaps minimize button

Chrome version: 57.0.2956.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 6.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Tested on windows 8 , 8.1 and 10 using chrome canary M57 #57.0.2956.0 and issue is not reproduced.

Attached screenshot for reference.

@pecinkal--- Could you please check with the fresh profile without any extensions and write us with your observations.

This is happening for many users, including myself.

It is related to HDP screens in Windows 8+.

Many reports of this in this 'Fixed' bug:

https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=609398

I have attached a current screenshot from Windows 8.1 and Chrome Version 55.0.2883.87 m

Can we please get someone with a HDP display working on this, it has been an issue for a LONG time.
