Fix entitlemens for EarlGrey tests on devices

Project Member Reported by baxley@chromium.org, Dec 20 2016

Issue description

This was filed due to a workaround in:
https://codereview.chromium.org/2588683002/

Share extension tests identified a problem, where tests would crash.

An option is to add entitlements for EarlGrey tests, but currently fucntionality has been turned off for tests on device.

I don't fully understand the issue here. Olivier, do you know if it's still an issue? What kind of entitlements do we need here? Does the entitlements cause to lose coverage on tests?
