(Idea for post-kiosk migration)
Rialto sets a few USE flags that chromeos-chrome depends on in a different way to other veyron platforms, meaning it cannot re-use the PFQ prebuilts and thus slowing down local builds
At a quick scan I think it's only these two (in rialto make.conf and in chromeos-chrome ebuild IUSE):
# Disable features to save space in root FS
USE="${USE} -fonts -cups"
It maybe possible to pull the fonts dep out of chrome, as this is just a DEPEND package selection dependency, not a source compilation dep.
cups would probably just have to be enabled in rialto.
