Rephrase the error reporting of should().beCloseTo() |

Issue descriptionCurrently beCloseTo() prints out the following message when it fails: "FAIL X $ACTUAL is not close to $EXPECTED within an error of $THRESHOLD assert_true: expected true got false" This needs to be clarified/rephrased.
