Capture screenshots on Network panel hanging indefinitely

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Network panel.
2. Enable screenshot capture.
3. Reload current page.

What is the expected behavior?
Screenshot goodness on Network panel

What went wrong?
DevTools is hanging indefinitely on "Fetching frames..."

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 57.0.2956.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: OS X 10.11.6
