Bulk edit**

This bug has the label Postmortem-Followup but has not been updated in 3+ weeks. We are working on a new workflow to improve postmortem followthrough. Postmortems and postmortem bugs are very important in making sure we don't repeat prior mistakes and for making Chrome better for all.

I can't access the cited doc above, but based on "Legend float in fieldset makes legend disappear", this test case may be enough to close this issue?

The action item in the postmorten says just that: "Increase LayoutTest coverage for the fieldset HTML element.", but I think you hit the nail on the head. :)

You may also want to check out https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=661230#c15 (and the rest of the bug report), which seems to be what triggered the emergency.

I don't think there's anything left to do here.
