Not able to choose stand alone webview, only Chrome is available

THIS TEMPLATE IS FOR FILING BUGS ON THE ANDROID SYSTEM WEBVIEW. GENERAL WEB
BUGS SHOULD BE FILED USING A DIFFERENT TEMPLATE!

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
That's working as expected.

By default, chrome (the stable version) provides the webview implementation on android N. You can disable chrome, then the standalone "Android System WebView" will become enabled and usable.
