Remove pixel_size member from FaviconRawBitmapResult

Issue description

After CL 2347173002, the FaviconRawBitmapResult struct has a pixel_size_in_db member. The old pixel_size member should not be needed any more and should be removed.

CL 2347173002 never landed, another approach was taken.
