Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:45.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/45.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: I tested Chrome version 54, 55 and 56 beta, and the problem seems isolated to version 56. That is good news and means customers are not likely encountering it yet. Chrome delivers new versions every 40-60 days, so we can expect Version 56 to be reaching millions of people in early January. It would be good idea to get this addressed before then. URL having issue - https://idaas.iam.ibm.com/idaas/mtfim/sps/authsvc?PolicyId=urn:ibm:security:authentication:asf:basicldapuser&Target=http://www.ibm.com/in-en/ We have seen the similar issue 3 months ago on chrome 53 version. @Ishwar, try recording timeline profile in devtools (F12 key) -> Timeline panel and compare them across different versions. Also check devtools console messages/warnings/errors.

The problem with login being extremely slow is back again in Chrome version Version 56.0.2924.51 beta (64-bit) . Either Chrome has regressed the problem or whatever is triggering the slowness on IBM side has changed.
