Regression:[MD-extensions]Grey highlight is not proper for 'Get more extensions' option of sidebar.

Chrome Version:57.0.2956.0 (Official Build) 44dbd2f12ae5d6307b607f18fe2dd466d8a8fa38-refs/heads/master@{#439388}
OS: Windows (7,8,10),Mac (10.11.6,10.12.1), Linux(14.04 LTS)

Pre-condition: Enable Material Design extensions flag from chrome://flags  

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://extensions/ 
2. Click on 'Get more extensions' option,Observe highlight.

Actual: Chopped grey highlight is seen.
Expected: Grey highlight should proper.

This is regression issue, broke in 'M 57' and below is manual bisect info:

Good build:57.0.2936.0
Bad build:57.0.2938.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,

Good build: 57.0.2936.0 (Revision: 434845).
Bad build: 57.0.2938.0 (Revision: 435514).


You are probably looking for a change made after 435506 (known good), but no later than 435507 (first known bad).

FYI tsergeant@, the sidebar needed work before your patch, too, so feel free to assign this to me (or close as WontFix since the page is still heavily in development), and I can get to it as part of continuing to work on the page.  (Of course, if you're keen to fix it, I'm happy to review the change. :)  But don't feel obligated.)
