Regression: Tab crashes on recording page load in performance tab of dev tools.

Chrome Version: 57.0.2955.0/9100.0.0 dev channel Veryon_jerry.
OS: Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome>> Go to NTP and open dev tools
(2)Go to performance tab in dev tools>> Now click on Record page load button and Observe tab crash.

Expected: Tab should not crash on recording page load in dev tools.
Actual: Instead tab crash is seen.

Crash id: d174978080000000

This is regression issue as no crash is seen in 56.0.2924.28 dev channel jerry.

Note: 
1. Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows.
2. Issue is not seen in Daisy,Parrot& Zako of same chrome version (57.0.2955.0/9100.0.0 )
