Cannot back to main keyboard if open HW/Emoji layout from Opt-in menu

REPRO STEPS 
1.Checked <Show input options in the shelf> 
2.Open opt-in menu in shelf 
3.Click HW/Emoji icon
4.Click <Back to Main keyboard> button

ACTUAL RESULTS 
No any response.

NOTE
This issue does not repro if open HW/Emoji layout from the default (main) keyset.
