Issue descriptionFrom offline discussion related to https://codereview.chromium.org/2572373003 with yhirano@. Now Loading use FetchInitiatorTypeNames.in to generate FetchInitiatorType and manually write initiatorTypeNameToString() function in Resoure.cpp, but we may want to generate toString() function automatically.
