Issue descriptionRepro steps: 1) Setup Chrome to install WebAPKs via "installation from unknown sources" 2) Emulate a slow network. You can do this using the Google impaired network (Gin) or via Charles proxy 3) Install the WebAPK for tests.peter.sh 4) Dismiss the "Adding..." infobar immediately 5) Press the "Cancel" button when the "Do you want to install this application?" dialog shows up Should we show a toast to tell the user that the installation failed?
