Contextual menu appears silently

Reproduction Steps: 
1. Using the keyboard select a number of conversations in GMail.
2. Press Search + m for the contextual menu.
3. Notice that the menu does activate but nothing is spoken by ChromeVox Next to confirm the action was successful to the user.
