Broken string in Plugins bubble

Chrome Version: 57.0.2954.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)
OS: OS X 10.11.6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Navigate to https://www.airbnb.com/login
(2) Click on the "plugins blocked" icon in the omnibox

What is the expected result?
  All the text makes sense

What happens instead?
  "Always allow these plugins on $1" is an option.  Note the "$1".
