Steps to reproduce:
(1) Navigate to URL (http://stackoverflow.com)
(2) request desktop site
(3) press back button.

Expected result:
The previous website is shown in mobile view. Website meta tag is correctly parsed and viewport is zoomed to screen. 

Actual result:
Website shows in Mobile view, but viewport is not correct. I see a mobile view website, but have to scroll left or right.
