Issue description
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a page whith a google translate element
2. Press any key in input
3. Now carret cursor don't blink
What is the expected behavior?
Please repair this great bug.
What went wrong?
Great issue.
In Google Chrome Versión 55.0.2883.87 m, caret don't blink when you write a character. In Firefox work fine.

Able to reproduce the issue on Win 10,Mac 10.12.2 and Ubuntu 14.04 using 55.0.2883.87/95 and canary 57.0.2956.0. This is regressed in M 43 as below.
