Cannot login to my google account to transfer previous data

Issue description

have tested this issue:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Tried using the "you" button at the top of the page to log in, it asks for the email password and 2nd step verification, but does not log in.
(2) Tried signing in using settings and same thing happens. NOTHING HAPPENS.
What is the expected result?
I was supposed to be able to log into my account to transfer my bookmark information from my laptop
What happens instead?
It does not do anything.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
