clicking the active call stack again doesnt jump back to the line if scrolled

Reported by eng.a7ma...@gmail.com, Dec 16 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. set a break point in a large js file (make sure you have 2 or more call stack levels at this point)
2. click any stack levels
3. the code will jump to this line
4. scroll away in the same source file
5. click the same active stack to jump back

What is the expected behavior?
file jumps back to the same line (the same line with execution halted)

What went wrong?
it doesn't. I have to click on another level on the stack then the old one
but why do it twice when you can do it once?

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

let me know if you need more help on this one, i hope i made it clear
