Network Tab > Filter box > show ALL special filters (like domain,status-code..) on focus

Reported by eng.a7ma...@gmail.com, Dec 16 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open the devtools
2. open the network tab
3. click on the filters input field

What is the expected behavior?
to open the FULL auto complete list with all the available filters

many developers don't even know about these filters unless they start typing by chance and a filter auto complete popup appears

What went wrong?
nothing tells you about all these awesome filters unless you guess or try all the English letters (yep, I did that :D)

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

@allada any plans for making this more discoverable? cc'ed @luoe since you're working on discoverability in general.
