List number/Enlish is unreadable in CJK candidate windows

Chrome Version       : 55.0.2883.99
Platform             : 8872.72.0- candy

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)  set IME to Simplified Chinese Pinyin input method
(2)  enter 'k' in the omnibox

What is the expected result? What happens instead?
The list numbers appear garble

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
The issue is duped of the  Issue 664334 .   
Not reproduce the issue on Chrome 55.0.2883.87/ CrOS 8872.70.0
