The IME candidate windows become transparent

Chrome Version       : 55.0.2883.99
Platform             : 8872.72.0


What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)  enable Simplified Chinese 
(2)  enter "k" on omnibox  and check the IME candidate window
 

What is the expected result What happens instead?
The candidate windows become transparent. The lists are hardly recognized.

 

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
The issue is duped of the  Issue 664363 .   
Not reproduce the issue on Chrome 55.0.2883.87/ CrOS 8872.70.0

Not reproducible on 56.0.2924.28/ 9000.29.0 - kip
