Impossible to enable app

THIS TEMPLATE IS FOR FILING BUGS ON THE ANDROID SYSTEM WEBVIEW. GENERAL WEB
BUGS SHOULD BE FILED USING A DIFFERENT TEMPLATE!

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
With Android N the WebView functionality is provided with Chrome application. The (old) Android Webview package is disabled by design.

To keep the WebView functionality up to date, please update Chrome.
