Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Nightly reboot is configured for 3AM 
2. Chromebox shut down 
3. But it would not start back up

What is the expected behavior?
Chromebox should restart the box back up at 3 after the reboot sent to the box.

What went wrong?
The Chromebox perform the shut down at 3AM but never get restarted back up 

This happens at 3:04AM on 12/15/2016

Did this work before? Yes This is a rare occasion for a chromebox to this situation. I have other Chromeboxes in the same version and they did not have the same probem.
