Steps to reproduce:
(1) Click a link
(2) Navigate to previous page or view
(3) Scroll the page or view

Expected result: page scrolls and stops where you stopped scrolling.


Actual result: page pops back to focus on link or image clicked.  You have to tap in a text area or blank area to restore proper focus and scrolling behavior.

This affects the latest chrome beta as well for android.
