Notification Tab doesn't show information

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a notifification box
2. See
3. 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Normaly inside that void gap there is something to read but after the update there isn't anything to read.

Did this work before? Yes 51

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

This report is too vague to take action on.  I'm not clear what dialog you're opening, how, and what it's supposed to say.

Please provide clear and detailed steps to reproduce, and if possible, unredacted (or less-redacted) screenshots.  (In an ideal world, before-and-after screenshots; you can get older versions of Chromium online to use as comparisons.)
Well it wants to open a link but it doesn't show the link anymore.
