unable to access extension menu

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Ubuntu Chromium/53.0.2785.143 Chrome/53.0.2785.143 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. tool - extension 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? open the extension panel to add change and remove extensions What went wrong? when I go tool - extensions it doesn't open the panel where all my extensions are. So I am unable to change them. WebStore page: Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 53.0.2785.143 Channel: n/a OS Version: 16.04 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 11.2 r999 Once I fixed the problem re-installing Chromium but not working now.

It might be due to a malicious extension that's blocking chrome://extensions URL. I've seen it once. Press Shift-Esc in Chrome to invoke its Task manager (you can also invoke it from the menu Tools-More tools), select all extensions, and click "End process". Now you should be able to open the extensions settings. Inspect them and remove the one(s) you've installed recently and any that seem suspicious.
