Touch event zoom on Cropper by FengYuanChen breaks the image

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. https://fengyuanchen.github.io/cropper/
2. zoom in
3. image crash

What is the expected behavior?
Zoom in and out perfectly

What went wrong?
The image dissapear

Did this work before? Yes 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.91  Channel: stable
OS Version: 5.0.2
Flash Version:

Able to repro this issue on  55.0.2883.91.

This doesn't have anything to do with UI Zoom, it's potentially some sort of web platform regression (but hard to say where without a simplified repro).

Any idea what version of Chrome this did work in?  I think the main thing to do here is get a bisect to identify the Chrome CL where the behavior changed.

This look like a problem with the web app.  When using pinch zoom to zoom into the page, if the gesture is initiated over the image area, the touch event is intercepted in JS. And it looks like the web app was not designed to handle multi-touch.

#4 - but it says it is a regression, multiple touches is not a new Chrome concept.
